The District Edina stands as a revitalized landmark in the “Golden Triangle”; the convergence of Edina, Eden Prairie, and Bloomington. This 21,000-square-foot, three-story edifice rests on 3.5 acres. The area is often recognized by the enormous Longship that still marks the entrance to the old Minnesota Vikings training camp.

Originally constructed in 1972 to house an international insurance company, the building's five decades have seen it transition through many incarnations - from Home Builders to law firms. However, by the 2010s, The District Edina had fallen into a state of decline, its future uncertain until Gregory Rich intervened in 2020 to rescue it from potential demolition.

Under Rich's stewardship, the property has undergone a transformative remodel. Gone are the tired interiors of years past, replaced by sleek glass, bright interiors, and an infusion of energy. The District Edina now cuts a vibrant figure, populated by an eclectic mix of enterprises from interior design showrooms to IT startups.

From its inauspicious corporate beginnings to its brush with oblivion and ultimate renaissance, The District Edina proudly stands as an embodiment of endurance and reinvention in the suburban landscape. Its modern revival is a testament to the vision of preserving hidden gems amidst the ever-changing tides of development.
